Description
Carlyle is a ghost town in Montana near the North Dakota border. One of its most visible remnants is the former school standing on a hill across the road from the abandoned grain elevators. It is built on a basement, which is unusual, and It appears the present owner opened up one wall on the west side of the school to use in a ranching operation.

I can't get enough of your fantastic abandoned buildings! Always so brilliant in composition (what a sky!), and love your b&w tones. Excellent perspective and fascinating info. An image that tells a story once again.
