Description
An artistic black and white interpretation of steel, shadows and concrete at the Navajo Bridge, a pair of steel spandrel arch bridges that cross the Colorado River near Lee's Ferry in northern Arizona. The historic bridge, built in 1927, is used by pedestrians where the modern bridge is used by cars. The bridges are a favorite hang out for a family of California Condors. There is also an interpretive center nearby.

LOVE that shot Jurgen; reminds so much of a VERY similar image I shot in Lisbon! It's always interesting to me how simple lines and the interplay between shadows and lights attract a photographer's eye. Great shot.
