Description
The rufous-backed Robin, Turdus rufopalliatus, also known as the Rufous-backed Thrush, is a songbird of the thrush family and closely related to the American Robin. It is endemic to the Pacific slope of Mexico., but practically every winter, one or two are found somewhere in southern Arizona; strays also have reached Texas, New Mexico, and California.
