Description
Mission Nuestra Señora del Espíritu Santo de Zúñiga, also known as Aranama Mission or Mission La Bahía, was a Roman Catholic mission established by Spain in 1722 in the Viceroyality of New Spain—to convert native Karankawa Indians to Christianity.
The restored mission is located in Goliad State Park in Goliad, Texas.
The monochrome infrared exposure shows the white-washed walls with shadow and highlight detail against a dark, dramatic sky.

Greetings to an honorable gentleman and a highly accomplished artist, Are you the Ansel Adams of Florida or maybe the Ansel Adams Of the U.S. by any chance, Mr. Jurgen? This is such a great shot. It reminds me of some of the photography Ansel Adams did in New Mexico. I have utmost admiration for your gallery, kind sir.
